Okay kid, listen up.
Your pirated version is probably the Black Edition. Places like those generally don't have proper info, so you were probably "fooled" into ripping off the Black Edition.
Let me suggest you a couple things.
First off, NEVER pirate games. Yeah, I know some people are very low on money (like me) and they decide to rip it off from the web (not like me). But do you realise that by downloading it you are 1. risking your computer as it may have a virus, 2. risking your Internet access as your ISP can track you down, and 3. giving the developers the finger by not giving back for their hard work put into the game? Oh and another thing, when you're using a pirated version, you can't access multiplayer and online features of the game. Why force yourself to go low and rip it off when you can buy it and enjoy its full benefits? That's what Steam and Gamestop are for to provide you those things.
Secondly, don't go using that tone when asking on forums. Trust me, when I was a lot younger, I kinda used that tone. It did NOT turn out pretty.
Now onto your initial question: What makes the Balck Edition different from the regular edition? Here's what I have written right on my CD box:
Exclusive Cars - Race in the classic '67 Camaro SS and the BMW M3 GTR street machine right out of the box.
Specially-Tuned Ride - Rule the streets in a modified SL65 AMG, Porsche 911 GT2, Corvette C6.R, and more.
Exclusive Races - Redline in three epic races and an exclusive Black Edition Challenge.
Bonus DVD - Go behind the scenes with Josie Maran, get exclusive videos and concept art, and much more.
If you do have those features in your illegal version of the game, that means you also illegally obtained the Black Edition. The only other DLC I can think up for the game is the Ferrari mod. But that's just a mod that replaces a car in the game and not really adds anything to it. In fact, it only just replaces the 3D model of it and the logo and title and nothing else, performance wise it's the same as the car it replaces.
