I installed my Steam to a separate location but yours will probably be in Program Files or something.

pak01_dir.vpk will unpack everything. The voice over files only played for me using VLC player. The process will take a bit so be patient and have some hd space available

portal2_robots_ftw.wav


I'm not condoning or trying to help anyone do piracy. The files are readily available to anyone who owns the game for PC and I'd buy the soundtrack if it were available.
