Dont mind the fully out there cheaters who dont try to come off as skillfull players, hate the ones trying to hide it and say what i dont cheat screw you n00b!!!! those i dont have any respect for at all, the ones who blatently cheat ill relog to another server or wait for admin to kick them.

I think you misread what he said.
He said he has no problem with people who use hacks or bots online and say they do or acknowledge they are not good.
He has problems with people who do, and deny they do and try to come off elitist.
Personally I have a problem with anyone who uses hacks or bots, they ruin the experience for everyone.
Exactly i dont like cheaters but i cant really be bothered with them since i can change servers if a aimbot slash flying in the sky 1 shot guy is on, but the ones who deny having cheats and such i will try and get a demo of them or fraps them, just due to there arrogance with trying to come of as elitist players who own n00bs all day.
