So I'm using the trainer & Wargear patch that folks have made here on these boards, and there's a few things that seem peculiar to me, I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing them.
a.) Normal Eldar units have freaking HUGE health pools. Like several times the size of any other race. IE 20k+ for some units when most units have <5k max health. This seems odd to me as Eldar are supposed to be one of the more fragile races in the lore as I understood it. Add that to the first Ork mission being almost all Eldar and I straight up cheated my way through it w/ the "Weak Unit" trainer function cause it was taking so freaking long to kill anything. Even lobbing grenades from my Orks didn't kill a single enemy unless I'd weakened them. If I hadn't cheated it might've taken 30 min to kill 1-2 groups of enemies. I can't imagine that's by design.
b.) Ork Lootas & maybe some others have like 1 HP when I make them or when they're spawned in the campaign. I have no idea why. Obviously this makes them very weak when first created, and I've lost more than a few to almost insta-death.
So I was wondering if anyone had had this type of trouble, or what.
Press Numpad 0 to rectify this. It usually happens if you mess with the health options.
Also don't play with orks, you'll just end up disappointed at how so many of your units act like retards and have slow reaction times. They have been made shamefully less versatile than they really are.

I know what you mean. The Eldar are the hardest people to kill I have faced in the game. Shoot an Ork a couple of times and he is down for the count, hit a Chaos marine and it is pretty much the same but, when you shower down on an Eldar you have to keep pouring every type of fire power you have into him to put him down. I played the Eldar once and, did I ever have a good time. They couldn't kill enough of my men to win even when I wasn't using the trainer. I never paid much attention to their health points, just keep on firing, beating or whatever and they will eventually go down. It might be a little troublesome but it is a lot of fun fighting a race as able to withstand you as the Eldar.
I'm having the same trouble with Chaos Marines on the Space Marine campaign.
Chaos Marines too? That's a new one. I read its got something to do with the windows temp folder but i cleared it out and no dice.
Seriously annoying as it makes the game unplayable

Yeah I tried clearing the temp folder that was suggested in the other sticky, and I had no luck reversing the issue either.
