Hi everyone, I use WINRAR to unpack, like i have always used with other trainers from this site, but when i went to unpack this trainer, the .txt unpacks but the .exe doesnt. Help!

Are you sure? ive downloaded heaps of trainers off you guys before and its never done this
It did work, but now, whenever i want to use the trainer, i have to disable avast

Add the trainer to its exception/exclusion list, found in Avast options.
Alternatively make a folder to put all your CH trainers in and set the folder itself to be excluded from scans.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
