Fallout: New Vegas Message Board  

The Good: New DLC 'Honest Hearts' coming out "soon".

Not-so-Good: A new patch is coming out in a week or two. So our esteemed Cheat Wizards will have an update to deal with. Supposedly fixes crashes and tweaks weapons.

It would seem that April 19th is just the Publication for Opposition date. We may see a trailer or two then but it probably won't be hitting the shelves that day. I have heard that it marks a one month period where someone can dispute the trademark..

We may have to wait tell middle of May or later for the dlc

I wonder where it will be set...most say that it will be set in New Cannan(the Mormon city), as also Obsiadian is trying to implement most content that was supposed to be featured in Van Buren, Fallout New Vegas added the faction that were supposed to appear in Van Buren.....anyway let's hope that this DLC get's better review scores than Dead Money

Can't be any worse than Homefront.

I was using the term 'soon' in a mildly sarcastic sense - like Duke Nukem "soon".

My guess is 29 Palms is going to be in one of the DLCs as alluded to in DM. Its the only military base big enough to hold all the goodies that are hinted at.

still haven't finished the main game, started playing it and got as far as new vegas and killed the guy who left me for dead in the opening scene, but my secondary HDD where i had the game and steam installed to fried and i haven't played since.

That inspiring eh? I thought it was the worst Fallout game ever. I liked it a little that it attempted to go back to the roots of Fallouts 1&2, but I already did that. Then add on that it has the same mechanics, perks and system as Fallout 3, that I realized I had enough. There was absolutely nothing refreshing or engaging in the same since I felt like I had done it so many times over already. Now Fallout 4, I am hopeful on that since Bethesda is back to developing that release.

Honest Hearts will be Cassidy's full story right?

i liked how they broke up the repetitiveness of questing with gambling, lacked the strip shows of real vegas though.
