I imagine they'll bring back all of the LI's from both games. I know they left out Ash/Kaiden and Liara for the most part in ME2, but since this is the third and final it wouldn't make sense to leave them out.
I'm pretty confident all of the team from ME2 will appear, but possibly as NPC's (just not some crappy 5 minute cutscene like with Ash/Kaiden hopefully).
