Turn off your AV for a moment before downloading the trainer if its an AV issue.
Another thing to try is clearing your Internet Cache as that may resolve that issue amongst others.
Doing a Disk Cleanup may yield results as well.

I'm having exactly the same problem downloading the latest farcry 2 trainer. Disabled my AV and everything like that and it's still not unzipping. I noticed the file is only 9kb when it downloads.
