lol i understand it was just a lil wierd hering that you needed a car key to get into another area that wasnt a "car" dont know how that would work but o well lol happens

The car keys are collectibles and have no use in game, same for the NY souvenirs and the dog tags. Must be a glitch because I never had to use any key: the fence door just opened as I walked through it and then you see yourself opening the second door with the handle. This game is loaded with bugs.
