I picked up my speeding ticket early in the game...driving armored vehicle past barricades and taking out tanks. Guess I went a bit too fast FYI, using PC edition...so not sure what I get for it (other than a hidden easter egg?)
ASUS Sabertooth MB, 16 GB RAM, AMD 8120 Black edition OC, water cooled, Windows 10 Pro 64, ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, three monitors (ASUS LED & 2 Samsung)

I'm pretty sure it's an Easter egg kinda thing. Also @Greatest_Day they did actually build C2 on the PC first. It's not a matter of "Still" in it. It's a matter of what content they designed to be more useful for other systems. It should be obvious it was done for the PC rather than consoles. Not to mention we know it was.
Grammar and punctuation is the difference between; "I helped my uncle, Jack, off a horse." ...and... i helped my uncle jack off a horse.

we know it was done for the pc but that didn't stop them not including dx11, or when you compare texture qualities in C1 and C2 they are just the same

lols, your walking speed is so fast you get a ticket, suit mode go. *sprinting in the suit, ticket won't be given as you've broken the speed barriar*

maybe they left it in as an easter egg.
That's a good one.

It was made for the xbox and ported to the PC. When it was first released, the PC menu screen said "Press start to begin" etc. (or somthing like that. Regardless, it was telling you to press xbox buttons and what-not) Whether or not the PC version will get more functionality is a whole different story.
