MP: Unlocked Weapons Problem

I've played MP excessively and I'm almost level 30 but the weapons sometimes lock themselves again and I can't choose them for my custom classes. I got some already in the slot but then go gray again and if I pick another one, they are gone (locked again). Goddamn bugs
