so i have a question if i import save from Dragon age origins will i have more experience when i start the DA II or it'll be the same?

You don't get any bonuses from importing if that's what you mean. As for the importance of importing a save from Origins, it's negligible at best. The decisions made from Origins only get a few random mentions and characters that do reappear, only do so briefly. Almost nothing will be miss if you don't import.

thanks i'm new at RPG games... i was really upset just when i got really strong and kicked ass the game was finished so i thought maybe if i imported save from origins i'd started with higher character level.

There are a few story line quests that pop back up (saving Zevran, mentions of Alistar and appearances if he's king, spoilerif played a human mage in Origin's, you can change your name through the Birthright quest chain (cause you're the 'mage child sent off to the circle at birth')
