steam release a new update cause of new dlc first strike and when i try to use the trainer it crash

Also having the same issue with the trainer through steam.
Game crashes after you try to load any mission.

I wanna know if someone have the same problem than me

When i'm lauching the new map in zm solo my game is allways crashing (i've not take the error name sorry but it's with **zombie**)

I've allready done 3 check of game integrity but allways the same error and all time steam is downloading some else but no change

But you know, French people don't like other langage

Bump? is the Apr. 23 trainer supposed to be the map pack compatible one? because my game still crashes on start when it is in use .
