Sims, The - Medieval Message Board  

Yesterday I got this game and I am having and issue. My Sim "Lord Dwight" has a quest which he has to "Cook and enjoy one of several meaty stews". I have mad both bear and boar stew which neither have fulfilled his quest requirements I suppose. So I decided I was going to make "Hunter's Stew" I went hunting and all I can get is boar meat. But I need "Fowl meat", "Rabbit meat", and "Venison". I can't seem to find it while hunting. The description of this quest says "A low rumble emanated from Lord Dwight's gut.'I need not servants to solve this problem. I think I can handle cooking a stew of Eel, or Fish...no Rabbit, or perhaps Venison!'" Does this have anything to do with this?
But while I am not completing this quest my quest performance thing is dropping and I went from platinum to bronze in a couple of Sim hours. I anyone else having this issue? Please help if you can!

Maybe the meat is purchasable at the store?

I made the "Hunter's Stew" and it didn't do anything.

Venison and Rabbit are at the village store.

I know that... now. But right now the issue is what "stew" I use to complete the quest.

is this game raw?

I don't understand. Are you asking if I added anything? If so then no.

I've experienced a few issues where I've had to reload a save game or wait till a certain time of the day to complete an objective or have the NPC I need show up. I remember doing the doctor's "Diagnose 2 Patients" quest and my second NPC disappeared for almost a whole Sim week. Spent a lot of time in the stocks for that damn glitch. Eventually cleared itself up, but only found out later I got stuck with a foreign dignitary and didn't know that, so the game screwed my points up. If I get the same problem you're experiencing, I'll be sure to post it and if I find the solution.
