Hi all, first post don't kill..
Was just wondering whether the xp, skill point and rank up options were available for all your normal troops? I only seem to be able to level up my general. Look forward to your replies!

It is only for the Generals and Agents. The EXP option does not work for Troops.

Aww. Thanks though. Having a custom vet army at click (multiple) would have been a wet dream come true.
