This trainer disables achievements. If you are looking to get all the achievements in this game then be warned that using this trainer some how disables some achievements. For example, there is an achievement called "Grand Daddy" where you have to kill 3 big daddies without dying during the fight. Well I have killed 9 of them without dying, thanks to the trainer, and have not received the achievement. I haven't had any other achievements not unlock, yet, but something is wrong with this trainer.

It seems like a fair trade-off to me. If you want the achievements, play the game without the trainer so you actually achieve something.
I'm not saying dont play without cheats, because cheats make a game fun when you dont want to be bothered about the challenge, but there should be some tradeoff to play a game without them.
A+ if this was deliberate cal/pwiz, a very good call.

You can edit the User.ini file and be invincible, get unlimited ammo and bioammo, health etc, and still get achievements

I ended up getting all the achievements, just had to do more than what was required for the achievement.
The games I use trainers on are ones I've already completed legit on the xbox 360 so I'm trying to run through the game as quickly as possible on the pc without any trouble so thats why I paid to become an unlimited member so I can get access to all the trainers.
Trainers should not be designed to disable achievements especially when I'm paying to have access to them.

While I doubt disabling achievements was deliberate, since there's plenty of games with trainers and achievements work perfectly fine, but to be honest it's not really an achievement if you get it through cheating.
For example, an achievement for killing 3 Big Daddy's isn't exactly an achievement when you have infinite health, or anything else which makes it particularly easy.

Well as I said I did it legit on the 360 so I could care less about "achieving" anything on PC games that have achievements. I just want easy gamerscore to help me try and pass my friends gamerscore.
I don't use trainers on other pc games such as crysis because I've never played it before.

I hear trainers are not suppose to block achievements like that. that is weird. but does anyone know if trainers reset your gamerscore? just wondering if they are safe to use with GFWL. I know gamesaves and hex edits get you reset, so trainers should too because they mod the games code right?

No, you won't get reset for it. It's supposed to be undetectable. I doubt they even do anything unless you were using it in multiplayer.
