The mainboard/processor can dynamically overclock as they see fit, but I tried turning that off in case it messed with anything. Especially if the memory dynamically overclocks, because I know trainers are based on memory. I turned off dynamic overclocking in one of my attempts.
I don't know if you need any more stats, but this is what I know off the top of my head. So, thanks again!
EDIT: Typo

Can you try completely emptying your Windows temp folder? Sometimes a dll gets stuck there.
Okay, just tried that. There was a lot of old files, but same result after clearing them out and rebooting. I cleared out the regular ones, as well as clicking on the "clear system files" section (or whatever that button is called).
And as always, I tried as non-admin and as admin.
I don't think it is hardware. Does other trainers work ok?
Also try what Pwizard said and try clearing out your temp files.
EDIT: Unless are you connected to your TV using an HDMI cable and using HD sound from the GPU's?

This is the first trainer I am using - it wouldn't even be necessary if they hadn't disabled dev console cheats with their patches. I understand completely why they did, but why they had to remove it for single player campaign mode, I don't know. Essentially, I am just trying to replace the ability to have unlimited ammo, energy, and health. The rest of the trainer is really just a bonus.
As far as the TV, it is indeed connected via HDMI. The HD5970's spit out 2 DVI ports and 1 mini-displayport on each card. On the primary card I have a DVI-HDMI dongle.
That said, audio goes directly from computer to external speakers from the integrated audio "card"...I guess chipset is a better term?
