The game gave up on me on turn 74. I use XP.

I haven't had this problem yet... but instead the game just crashes when I press the next turn button, I dunno which turn I am in, but I tried playing with and without the trainer, canceling all queues (building and military) just in case, but it didn't work still crashes, I do not think its the trainer's fault though more like a bug that will be fixed with a later patch.
Good work with the trainer though...
I have a collector's edition steam version on X64 win 7...

I play as the Oda and I played 'till round 130 and I have not had a single crash or error...

Not exactly a problem: but at one turn my pieces/armies on the map (the little soldiers that you move around) no longer had textures! They were just completely grey, this problem resolved itself after a simple restart of the game, though.

What happens for me is after realm divide, saving, then closing. reloading the game and and during the next ai turn it will crash. on the total war forum they want ppl experiencing that to send them their save games. so i assume there will be a fix soon.

I don't think this problem isolated to the tech tree. I get this error every game around 50-60 turns but I never use the tech cheat, only recruiting, building, and skill points. reloading an earlier save witht he trainer off does not seem to help.

You have to make sure before you hit the next turn button that you disable all the cheats otherwise when you hit next turn it will crash.

If it happens to many times the game is tricked into thinking its a illegal copy. I managed to fix mine by reinstalling but it can also be a issue with the steam server not giving you your licence key properly.
