So Apparently your supposed to fly beside the tanker and match speed but the AI just tells me Im an Idiot and never attempts to hyjack, any one else having this issue?
Ive Matched Speed, Tried on both sides of the tanker/chopper, attempted doing it for the past hour, Ive hovered over the cab, and the tank, Ive been level with the cab and tank, Ive been scraping the skids on the pavement and the speed is as close to being matched as it can get far as I can tell...

Have you tryed the Rear of the Tanker?
Edit: you have to get next to thye Left side drivers Door then push X. Hope this Helps
