Avira scan told me there is malware in the exe. What should I do?

Its a false positive..
The best way to run CH trainers without turning off your AV, is to extract them into a folder called for example Trainers. And then in your AV settings look for the setting that deals with exclusions and add the folder so that every trainer you use in there is excluded from being scanned.
All the trainers here are clean and some AV's pick up byte strips as potential variants of known viruses or trojans.
So don't worry.

Yes that's true. The problem with virus scanners is that they detect the signature of malware in most trainers. Thats due to the fact that a trainer is a program that is supposed to alter a program (the game) and if it's a steam game they sneak in. Therefore you will get those messages.
