Same issue here.
I press F1 and it keeps repeating over and over "activated, deactivated" and the cheats don't seem to function properly.

Have you guys tried restarting your computers?

I did a full restart turned off AV and firewall and still get the repeating sound when I press F1
EDIT: Seems a full restart fixed whatever was going on. It didn't the first time I did this but now it is working as intended.
