pls help me Im trying to give myself power and req but it doesnt work i press shift CTRL and ~ it shows the console i write the cheat cheat_power(900) but nothing happens it just gives me some crap about TRy to attepmt a 'cheat_power'(900) ok I do that then it shows me the same **** as before pls help me sorry for the crap and **** but Ive been trying to make this crap okay for 4 hours now Im so ****ed off

The DoW console cheats has always been a hassle. in the first game and its follow-up, cheats worked in both campaign and Skirmish if you allowed it. But after a certain patch, an EARLY patch, many cheats disappeared, and the ones that are left only work in skirmish if cheats are enabled as a rule.

I dont remember how it was in DC though. But an important thing is to start the game with its desktop shortcut, after you have added the -dev command line under its properties/shortcut tab, in the Goal window. (sorry if this isnt the same on english OS, im directly translating from swedish, bare with me)

in the end it should look something like this
"C:\pathtogame\DarkCrusade.exe" -dev

If it doesnt work after this, then i guess you're out of luck. If you get Unlimited membership, you can get the 1.2 trainer thats been unlimited since its release pretty much. :/ oh well. The game IS playable with the 1.0 trainer, if you save often, and keep your hands of the fast build buildings option.
