Whenever my character and/or group gets hit with a spell, gets a concussion, or gets knocked down, they can't recover. I have been on fire for a long time now and lately we all get knocked down or concussed and we just stand there (or lay there) unable to recover. I've tried using the items (injury kit, healing, etc.) to no avail and I've tried enabling and disabling trainer options with no results (the spell removal option doesn't help). Any ideas? The only way I've gotten around this is to die or to reload the last save.
Things never happen for a reason but there is a reason things happen.

Theres no issue with the trainer that I can see at all. I have used all the trainers for this game.
There might be an issue with your save file.

I have also occasionally had the same issue. It's not a save file problem. It's something to do with the trainer. Debuff timers will stick. I've noticed this when some of the options get enabled (like ; and '). It possibly could be due to the cheat getting enabled without a party member selected and/or auto-leveling being enabled (just a hunch, haven't really tested) in which case it's a known limitation of the trainer and is documented in the instructions.
