So I've noticed a lot of new weapons in the screenshots from the game, some old designs. Do you think we will see a higher degree of weapon powers/styles? or same stuff redesigned?
Also new enemies, look incredible.

Maybe the only difference will be the swinging animations - like mighty blow for eg.

You do get Isabella's Glaives (Dagger type weapon - more popularly seen with Illidan in Warcraft 3 and WoW) later on, you also use them at the start of the Demo (The over-exaggerated story part)
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

I have heard that the fighting system is faster and it certainly looks like it. I do hope the damage of weapons is increased at least for players...

player dmg like in DAO depends on weapon and stats, i would say it's more or less the same in DAII as in DAO. But you quickly loose though of that when the fighting begins, skill and spell animation is fantastic, so far i have no complaints.

Fighting with two handed sword is a poetry in DA2, so much faster and better than in DA:O
