Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War 2 - Retribution Message Board  

I'm getting pretty annoyed at the moment. Can't get the super unit option to work, crashes my game everytime. The funny thing is it has worked before but now it doesn't so it's most likley faulty on my end. Oh well, have to do with out super units untill i can sort it out.

Its something with the trainer. If i play with out it my HQ has 2500hp with it on and activated with no number pad buttons hit my HQ has 5000 so its glitching the game some how. Ill try some things and see what happens.

Clear out your Temp folder. Super Unit works perfectly afterwards.

When you enable super unit, it seems to buff the elders as well. They get super high HP. One way to work around this is to press 0, but it will reset all your units too. After that, you just got to reactivate the super unit for your units.

I'm having the same thing happen with Chaos Marines when playing the Space Marine campaign. Its workable, but highly annoying to have to reset for every engagement.

Wouldn't it be better to make a cheat where your units just never drop to 0 health? That way you could just stand and deliver 🤔

Might be an issue with how the game scripts the health. Could be in order to make it to where the health bars don't drop below 0, it would make all health bars not drop below 0. Obviously health between enemy and friendlies is intertwined to some extent, or we wouldn't be having these issues to start with.

I had increase health issues when using the trainer in DoW2 and CR as well but not quite to the extent as it happened in the first mission or two in Retribution.
