Works fine when follow the instruction; however, doesn't seem working when in window mode, because the mouse will frozen in the middle of the screen after pressing "show desktop".

Don't have any problem in full screen mode

Official game version is 1.0.11, both retail and steam, i have no idea where have you seen 5.2.3.7 version. You can press "credits" in main menu, to check game version.

I have tried both sandbox and campaign games. Doesn't work. For me, at least.

Seems i found the problem. You put the version of file GSystem.dll in trainer description. Currently its 5.2.3.9

You've made a trainer for an older version of the game. You can update your retail version manually though, if you're planning on releasing another trainer at all.

The trained worked fine with the 1st scenario (Berlin), but in the second scenario (Amsterdam) it seems to work no longer.

Before you say it: I followed the instructions carefully, otherwise it also had not worked in Berlin.

Ive noticed that the trainer is really hard to use, i had same problem in 2nd map, but i completed a quick mission (so the game itself inject some money), then followed instructions once again and it worked out, same for 3d map, but in 4th map i havent been able to make trainer work, ive even took a loan to make it inject itself some money hoping trainer will follow, no luck so far. Ill let you know.
