was wondering if a trainer was upcoming for this steam title. it looks pretty good expetially since

I too would like a ammo/health trainer.....fun game but NEED MORE AMMO !!!

I guess you can try the good old Painkiller cheats. I don't have the game, but I guess they should work:-

pkgod: God mode, but the Trainer has it already.
pkammo: Max ammo for all weapons.

old cheat codes don't work in "redemption".
who would've asked for trainer, if old cheats would've worked?

Yeah, an infinite ammo or even an ammo refill would be nice for this game. Sometimes you really just want to have fun with one weapon.
