Cheat mode: Press [Enter] then type !wqsa, !ympq (v1.2 to v1.4), !mklop (v1.5 to v2.00), !hannetorben (v2.01 to v2.49), or !incubation2 (v2.50) during game play to enable cheat mode. Then, press [Enter] and type one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.
Effect Code Win current level !win Lose current level !lose More resources !incr
Advance time: Press [F12] to advance time by one minute. With v2.50, press [Keypad 4], [Keypad 5], or [Keypad 6] to advance time even faster.

An update for those of you (like me) who also owns the GoG Gold version which is the latest.
I have tested the codes (a moment ago) and the activation code "!incubation2" works and so does the "!win" code.
The resource cheat "!incr" does NOT work however.
You could always use "!win" code and then perform the mission anyways. Even if you lose the economic & military race you still will win whenever you decide to quit
