Without using 3rd party media players, how can you achieve DVXA and still have the functionality of the Haali Media Splitter?

lolwut?
I use K-Lite codecs and import everything to my Windows Media Player, that's what I know about the subject.
I also change stuff in ffdshow and etc xD
K-Lite has an extreme amount of bloatware with it and contains some severely outdated codecs. This is unacceptable by my standards.
My current method (DirectVobSubs, Haali Media Splitter, and AC3 Filter) works fine in playback but it does not have hardware acceleration (DXVA).
Currently the following require this much CPU power:
MKV: Minimum of 20% CPU power to playback
MP4: 7-10% CPU power to playback. Has partial hardware acceleration.
Playing a DVD: 5% CPU power average. Does not extend battery life since it goes to spinning and reading the CD.
WMV (Purchased content from Zune Marketplace): Rarely exceeds 4%. Has full hardware acceleration.
Now here's the main concept to why I want this: Even on integrated graphics, this takes a huge load off the CPU. This in turn also means reduced battery consumption. Now I would simply just use MP4, but this container is too restrictive on container formats (making it useless for my anime rips).
