Problem with the trainer

Regarding the Trainer, Get 10 Nitrous Tanks, Instant Nitro....

Hey all. So I'm new here and I am wondering why my trainer is't working. I do everything right...:I Launch the trainer first, then launching the Game and then I Press F1 at the Main Menu. And nothing happens... I'm suppose to hear "Activated" but nothing.... Please help me.
