I wouldn't even stop Hitler from doing what he did if I had the ability! Who knows how the world would have ended up?! Besides, he lost the war in the end anyways and killed himself! That whole space time continuum thing is not good to tamper with regardless of how small a detail might appear - even a wallet! You steal his wallet and he ends up in a bad mood over it and kills a Jew that might have otherwise lived, or he decides to not attack Russia and just focuses on England and then the US with the aid of the Japanese and wins the war. It's also possible he might have ended up with the a-bomb before the US as well and that would not have been good!

By will I would because it feels awesome to steal something from someone as powerful as Hitler...Imagine the prestige!
In reality I wouldn't, since I am not a theif.
Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.

"Are you ethically obligated to steal Hitler's wallet?"
You're never ethically obligated to be unethical.

No. This situation involves the period of time before Hitler is in power and does not imply that the person in the hypothetical situation does not have beforehand knowledge of the events that would occur afterwards (but would play out just as they did in history regardless of what happens). Hitler had not committed a crime and thus subjected to being judged just like a normal person.
Your bitterness, I will dispel

All of you are missing the point.
The question is are you ETHICALLY OBLIGATED...
You cannot be ethically obligated to be unethical.
Many argue that ethical rules can be relaxed under certain circumstances, but Insom does not present such a scenario and it is not up to the answerer to add one into the question.
But even then, it's going to take an even larger argument to make it an ethical obligation.
And Insom makes it clear that stealing the wallet will have no effect on the future.
Even if you knew Hitler was going to do what he did and blah blah blah, it is still unethical to steal his wallet.
Therefore, you cannot be ethically obligated to steal it.
The only sound answer to this question, as it was stated, is "no".
Didn't you folks take any philosophy courses in school?
