    I was wondering why when i go to some of the wayshire they say seek greater fame to be judged?
    I am arch mage,champion, guildmaster of the fightersguide so what doe sit mean?

    You have some infamy in your stats (you can look at it in the sub-menu). If you have the PC version, you can use the command console to remove the infamy. If you find and use all 9 of the shrines, you get an additional magical power. If you have the "Knights of the Nine" add-on, those shrines are part of that quest.
