Well, the Steam version has been updated and trainer is not working. If need be, I can send anything y'all need to update it, if it will be updated.
In the 1.1.12.4196 Steam update they've added an achievements list which also reset all scores, hard work getting score back! If @PWizard wants the program exe then you can contact me too, no hurry .
Try renaming your Bejeweled3.exe to popcapgame1.exe
Worked for me.
Or you can execute the game as normal then open 'Task manager' and then end the process of Bejeweled3.exe and leave popcapgame1.exe, popcapgame2.exe, or popcapgame3.exe open and right click and select 'Open File Location' then copy the file to the game directory. Then Deleate Bejeweled3.exe then change the properties of popcapgame*.exe to not hidden. Then rename it to Bejeweled3.exe.
