Hi guys for the last 3 days I've been trying to figure out how to launch nuclear missiles but i can't figure it out i go to the army tab and press launch procedures to launch nuclear weapons and the guy says that i need to clear it with HQ or something and i don't have a clue where to find that i really want to try out my polish nukes against Russia so any help will be appreciated

You need to make an appointment with your army commander, the guy with all the medals, you will probably need to try and bribe him, then ask him to authorize nuclear weapons, then you will need to ask him for the nuclear code, make sure you wright them down.

I've never had to bribe the guy, though being good pals with the head of the army has always been my priority, he always says that "We believe that the head of state has the right to use blaa blaa"

If u play as a western country, u almost never get the permission to u chemical weapons.
