Does changing outfit changes reputation as well?

i don't know about FNV, but in Fallout 3 outfits usually only made you more scary or attractive or added gave you special bonuses like adding to your bartering perk if you wore a suit, i don't believe it affected your reputation, pretty sure your reputation or alighnment can only be affected by your actions in the game.

Upon changing the outfit (say wearing a NCR outfit), it changes the rep. But it won't change back if undress the outfit?

IF your rep is say like hated dy ncr, puting on ncr outfit will rase it to neutral but when you take it off it will go back to hated.
