Ok those opthions wont work. When I use numpad 4 it just adds 999999 materials same for both 5 and 6. I tried clicking my city and the going to report screen then off and pressed the keys. I also tried it on report screen but nothing. I even clicked next turn. Anyone help me please?

Got the same issue here. Not sure what's up with it. Let us hope someone responds soon.
