Trainer 1.03 problems in PC XP Pro

Hi! I'm new here, maybe help me out? I try to play with trainer v1.03 activated, but it doesn't seem to affect the game. The cheats do not work. The game is patched to 1.03 with no-cd patch. Trainer is 1.03. It activates all of the cheats, but no effect. Am I missing something? Or is it because I'm still running XP Pro?
