Until then... (for the motives issue)
Press CTRL+SHIFT+C and then type : testingCheatsEnabled true
Then : shift click on the mailbox, click "make motives static".
Press (again) CTRL+SHIFT+C and type : testingCheatsEnabled false
All the motives should stay full.

Thanks for the motives thing, will be nice to get a working trainer though. I'm sure it's just a matter of time, there's a lot of games coming out right now, they may just be busy.

There no need for a trainer all 3 options are achievable with the in-game console commands.
