Totally different issue then the internal error was a game freeze everything just stopped and you had to cntrl alt delete it.

All I ended up needing to do was close my nvidia manager icon thing in the task bar. For whatever reason that must have been interfering with the game.

Another option if you have the problem
-Right click TS Main exe.
-Change compatibility to Windows 95
