How do I find my Version Number so I know which trainer to use?

While in the game, go to "Options" then "Settings" then "Display" and the revision number will be in the bottom left corner.
Alternately, you could right click on the "FalloutNV.exe" where the game is located on your PC, then choose 'properties' and then click on the "Details" tab and get the same info.
