I just completed chapter 3 and I am on the 1st quest for chapter 4 "Whatever it takes". I'm at a lost on where to go and what to do, since up until this point the game has told you where to go either through the quest information or the quest location marker. Spoiler:
I've already sailed around the whole island with my boat and went on the island only to get stopped by a wall of stone.
But I can't for the life of me find a way on the darn quest location mark. Can someone please give me the information on how to reach that quest marker location, please?

Just use the teleport. You should be able to teleport to the quest marker.
