The best way to increase the years of how much a player on your team is staying in manager mode , you go to Players Contracts , and keep the years balanced with the salary example: Years: 2 and Salary: 25,000Euros if you want it to become 3 years just keep the salary the same and the player would stay for 3years but if you want him to stay 4years then increase the years to 4yrs and only slightly increase the salary then you won't lose much cash after every match ...
