I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this issue but since the update came out earlier today the game will not start up correctly upon hitting launch from the menu. It will say that it's had an issue and needs to close (Yes I have disabled all my mods and still having the issue) This has not happened before now
    Any ideas ?

Edit: Appears two files where invalid after doing file validation.

Have you tried checking the Steam Cache, same thing happened to me after the 1st patch, right click the game in your steam list, left click properties, Local Files tab, click Verify Integrity of Game Cache - after about 10-20 minutes it should fix any bad files and send you back into the wastes without issue.

Thins can happen in your last save file (or your Autosave if using Continue) got corrupted - whixch xan happen (a LOT, in New Vegas Can you start a new game? If so, you may have to do some trial and error to find a (possibly_ uncorrupted save - once I had to go twenty saves back.

Also, make sure you are NOT running the trainer - ti causes a CTD once Invulnerability is on.

There are mods for FalloutNV in which you can do almost everything that the trainer does - just not invulnerability.

Yeah it's working fine now, although I use the trainer so I can get the achievements since using console commands prevents them from syncing

i think this crash on start up is due to the archiveinvalidation for new vegas. the game crashes if you load the archiveinvalidation bsa before the vanilla bsa. this issue has been resolved in the nexus furums. i think you load the voices1 bsa first before the archiveinvalidationinvalidated bsa, then load the meshes and textures bsa afterwards.
