hi everyone

i was wondering is there any easy way to kill stygian?

i have cleared previous two bosses in a day but now i am stuck with stygian ....i have been trying to kill it for a whole day and still no luck

up till now all i try is to shoot at it and its kids with gun ....i did take many clear shot at its yellow thing in the middle of its mouth but i cant kill it ... any suggestions?

damn that was tiring but ive done it .

it took 52 mins and two of those blue useables lol

Care to share how you did it please? I'm stuck also. I have tried the grapple, the gun, just about everything but she's not dying for me.

sorry for the late reply....i was out of town from 10-21 November ...

i only used gun ....stayed on ruin whole time and kept shooting like a cowboy lol

first i ran by Stygian and hit its head protector with chaos-eater (or whatever the name of the the sword is)from the both side and after a few hits its helmet thing broke off...then whenever i got the chance to soot its yellow tongue like thing i hit it as many time as possible and when it calls its kids then don't just stand in a place ....when they come charging from your side press left-shift which locks on the target and press forward key this way you will not be in the line of fire....

don't make yourself a sitting duck ...keep moving all the time...when you loose your horse just call it instantly ...don't wait...i don't know if this way is easy or not ...i don't know if you understood what i say...cause i am not a good gamer and my English is not that good too..

i cleared it without using trainer ...but before that whenever i tried to use trainer to kill it every time it got me encircled and i couldn't do any thing...i had to load the game every-time ...so after that i disabled trainer and start the part from the start and i killed it ...well i don't know if this game has any problem with killing Stygian using trainer lol

after a nice vacation when i came back and tried to resume from Azrael i found myself stuck lol....cant seem to find how to start for the 3rd part lol

Easiest way is to shoot it. Focus on the Stygian (TAB/SHIFT key on PC) and stay in front of the worm as it rises. You don't have to aim, just fire away at the inside of her mouth as she tries to have you for a snack. She will go into the sand again and two smaller worms will try to attack you. Do the same with them, rinse wash and repeat. Doesn't take long.

Sorry for the late reply but this is for all who have problem with stygian and are just looking into this topic.

Easiest way is to buy pistol upgrade at VULGRIM for about 5k souls i think. Use horse and blade to destroy the mouth blocker, then use F(default) to lock on his mouth(F dont need to be hold it will lock till you press it again), and the just shoot with middle mouse(default) it took me 10 min to kill him. Without the gun upgrade it will take more than half a hour.
