I got all my stats to 10 just fine. Just plan ahead when you enable the cheat to run out as you put last stat to 10.

Yeah i worked it out.

have all stats but 2 at 10.
one at 9, the other at 5.
press the button and fill up those.

Is there a way to get the ability points without using the gifted perk?
