Divinity 2: The Dragon Knight Saga Message Board  

When I try to run the Trainer ( Pressing any number on the Number Pad ) it causes me Game ( Retail ) to shut down. I even tried to download the 2 Game cheats independently ( Ego Draconis ) and ( Flame of Vengeance ) no luck there, the only difference is the game doesn't shut down and the cheats don't work.

Can someone HELP me in this matter. Thank you.

Not working!

I have the Steam version 1.4.9.70 and the 1.4.9.70 trainer. It finds the game, but when I press any of the keys, I hear the "Activated" sound, but it does not have any effect. I tried all the troubleshooting steps - turn off the A/V, Firewall, tried different compatability modes, ran as administrator, etc. Nothing made the slightest difference.

I am having the same issue. I have the same version numbers in the game and the trainer. My other trainers work fine. Trainer activates but options don't work.

Could someone verify if the trainer works for them on the steam version? I would appreciate it.

Same here, I think its cus they added achivements to it in a mini patch

Yeahh I absolutely agree :P Ugh and now I'm noticing the stuff that's changed on this site.. *smh* I wish they would change things back or give similar ugh.

Uh, Larian put out a version with built-in cheats. And it was free to anyone who owned the game at that point. And it's all you can buy now, for $20, anyway. If you want to demolish everyone just open up the character cheats in the game itself (and we're not talking like "open the console with the tilde key, make sure your .ini is properly configured with ballowcheats, etc., I mean it's just literally right there with its own hotkey and everything lol).

P.S. this place is doing fine - it's just been monetized, because there are like two regular authors, a third working on becoming an author, and old hands like DAB etc. still occasionally putting up stuff. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that their time isn't free, that the site administration isn't done for free, etc. - they've managed to find a way to both pay the bills and turn user interest into a defined metric with one of the more recent changes, that's pretty cool.
