Question, if my skills become maxed out do to my obvious cheating, will I no longer be able to level or am I still able too even with not being able to spend skill points? Thanks.

It's just like Fallout 3. The max level (cheating anyway) is 99, so you can easily max all of your skills out, but not get all of the perks. Even if you max your skills and you're still able to level, you just keep choosing perks when the time comes, as you will just pass the skills selection (hitting the "A" button). You can cheat getting all of the perks with a script if you wanted.

It's much easier to make your own with the Geck. Trying to find a specific mod is hard, though the Nexus forums are very nice to use. I have been a member there for a long time now, going back to before the release of Oblivion.
