    When in McCaren NCR base theres a little quest you for you to find out who is breaking into the intel tower. Right I checked the computer seen all the times entered the tower and waited heck I waited a whole day and night in game time. But no one showed up. Am I doing something wrong?

    You have to talk to one of the NCR troops, sorry I forgot which one. However, when you find him he will tell you about seeing lights on in the tower at night and everyone things he is seeing things. Go to the tower and you will find someone there.

    You have to sit and wait outside of the tower for a while at the midnight thing and eventually someone will walk up to the tower and enter the tower.

    When you enter the tower make sure to sneak, i made that mistake again and again to not sneak.
    I am an old gamer and i need my trainers to help me complete them these days so i have started to look at what trainer options i have for my games and Cheat happens tend to not disappoint so thank you for the game enjoyment i can still have.

    Did that quest just yesterday and you just use wait to wait past midnight and then enter the tower. From the radar you can see also that someone is in the tower.
