Patrician 3 Message Board  

I already had the DVD Patrician 3 when I purchased the download of Patrician 4 but since I got the aforementioned free, I downloaded it also. After trying Patrician 4 even with the excellent trainer Wiz provided, I find it not to my liking. It is nothing like Patrician 3 and Patrician 3 lovers probably arenot going to like it. Nothing can be found in the cities to buy half the time, and you have Patricians harassing you about upgrading your status. You must advance in rank to build some of the newer ships and the way things are you have a really hard time even getting to Patrician. I don't like P4 and stay with P3. I play this game all of the time and seldom mess with P4. You can build new towns in P3 just like P4 and some of the other things are similiar. There is differences in the newer version but not enough to attract me. In my opinion the graphics aren't even as good as in P3. Those of you who want to go to Patrician 4. I'm staying with Patrician 3 which in my opinion is a much better game.
