If you downloaded the game illegally then the commentary's could have been ripped. Try reinstalling the game or checking the options for any solutions.

Could be soundcard issue. Can you hear everything else - Like the ball getting kicked?
If yes - You have downloaded a Game Rip which is considerd as WAREZ. We do not provide any kind of support in such cases.
If not, better upgrade your drivers or check if your soundcard has any hardware issue or not.
